Codermetrics provides additional articles and resources related to the book by Jonathan Alexander from O’Reilly, published in 2011.  Jonathan is coder and technology executive and has led software teams at multiple start-ups and larger organizations.  Many of the ideas borrow from the use of advanced statistics to analyze sports teams, such as sabermetrics in baseball.  Codermetrics seeks to further the discussion and ideas around using analytics to understand and improve software projects, teams, and individual members.
