A Simple Way To Measure Teams
The folks at Business of Software have published an article I wrote discussing one simple way to measure teams. The technique borrows some philosophy from Clayton Christensen’s new book How Will You Measure Your Life? The technique involves a single session in which a team identifies the qualities that matter most and then self-evaluates on those qualities, and the idea is meant to be useful for engineering but also other types of teams (like marketing or sales).
